Gazpacho with Avocado Creme Fraiche - This refreshing, cold, summer soup is a vegetarian medley of tomatoes, peppers, cucumber and seasonings.

Vichyssoise - "Parle Vous Francais?" - A rich, creamy potato-and-leek soup that's served cold, garnished with chopped chives.

Classic Caesar Salad - crisp romaine lettuce, aged Parmesan cheese, crunchy seasoned croutons, tossed together in our home-made "Caesar" dressing.

Duck Breast Salad - Char-grilled duckbreast served on a bed of spring-mix - dressed with a warm walnut and raspberry vinaigrette and topped with goats cheese and pecans.

Rolled Lasagne - Individually rolled lasagna stuffed with a combination of ricotta and parmesana cheeses, prosciutto and spinach baked in a marinara and white sauce. Served with fresh oven roasted garlic bread.

"Jammin Chicken" Curry Croissant - Poached, tender breast seasoned with celery and green onions in a light curry mayonaisse, on a freshly basked croissant, served with a red, grape salad.

"South of the Border" Quesadilla - Tortilla topped with three cheeses, spicy salsa, 'refried' beans and seasoned ground beef. Topped with guacamole, sour cream and fresh cilantro.

"Health Nut" Turkey or Veggie Wrap - Thinly sliced turkey, smoked bacon (?), Swiss cheese, crisp lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes and cream cheese - all in a spinach wrap.

"Out of Africa" Koek-sisters. Introduced to Africa by Malayan slaves, this pastry is soaked in a syrup spiced with lemon juice, simmering cinnamon sticks and fresh ginger.
