Mini soufflés with zucchini, feta, and Parmesan with fruit salad. Accompanied by toast, jellies and jams and fresh fruit of the day.

Asparagus, Zucchini and Yellow Pepper Frittata packed full of vegetables. Served with toast, jelllies, jams and fresh fruit of the day.

Eggs Benedict Florentine - with fresh spinach, Canadian ham and sauteed potato wedges.

And our 'Farmers Country Style' - "Eggs of the day" with sausage-links or patties, served with home-fries, toast, jellies, jams and fresh fruit of the day.

Tossed green house salad in an aged balsamic and olive oil dressing

Classic Caesar salad - crisp romaine lettuce, aged Parmesan cheese, crunchy seasoned croutons, tossed together in our home-made "Caesar" dressing

A creamy pumpkin soup complemented with a hint of West Indian curry powder. Garnished with sour cream and chives, this is a wonderful way to warm up during the winter season.

Duck breast served on a bed of spring-mix - dressed with a walnut and raspberry reduction and topped with goats cheese and walnuts

Roasted chicken - Mediterranean style with lemon & oregano, and served with a baked potato and roasted seasonal vegetables

Roast tenderloin of pork, infused with cloves, with a cranberry red wine reduction served with wild rice, black beans and roasted seasonal vegetables

Cornish hen dressed with cranberry/port reduction and served with julienne carrots and mint and accompanied with wild rice and green peas.

Baked chicken pot pie, topped with an West Indian curry gravy and served with French fries.

Chili Con Carne - Ground beef and kid ney beans are seasoned with garlic, oregano, cumin, and chili powder. Topped with sour cream, scallions and cheese and served with rice.

Beef Stroganoff - a Russian dish of tender sautéed pieces of beef and mushrooms cooked in a sour cream and mustard sauce and served over "dirty" mash potato.

Apple pie a la mode - Amish home-baked apple pies served with a scoop of French vanilla ice-cream

"Out of Africa" koek-sisters. Introduced to Africa by Malayan slaves, this pastry is soaked in a syrup spiced with lemon juice, simmering cinnamon sticks and fresh ginger

Tiramisu - Lady-finger biscuits dipped in coffee and rum, and then layered with a mixture of mascarpone cheese and zabaglione, and finally sprinkled with cocoa powder
