Our Breakfast Experience


Wake each morning and start your day with our freshly prepared hearty breakfast. We are delighted to feature locally sourced seasonal produce and farm-fresh ingredients that feature our own free-range chicken & duck eggs and our own farm raised breakfast meats. 


The heart of our chef choice breakfast each morning are the eggs or breakfast meats. Local produce and flavors complement the scrambled eggs or omelets, frittatas or stratas, pancakes or waffles. They also balance our hardwood smoked bacon, smoked ham, or sage flavored breakfast sausage. 


Our homemade bread or crumpets, topped with local preserves, along with fresh fruit round out your plate. Enjoy fresh brewed coffee (locally ground and roasted beans) and a selection of teas, juice, pastries, and muffins.


We accommodate dietary requests, when possible, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and other requirements. Advance notice is helpful for us to put together these menu changes.


Our Food Philosophy

Food is an experience to be shared beyond just nourishment. We sometimes take traditional recipes, draw on inspiration from the cultures and diversity of people we have met in our lives, the ingredients, and flavors available to us, and create subtle yet unique twists to breakfast.
A recipe creates a composition, the flavors provide a harmony:
  • Yorkshire puddings, a traditional UK dinner staple, provide a unique vessel for our sage and thyme flavored breakfast sausage gravy. Our take on ‘Biscuits and Gravy’.
  • Roasted local sweet corn with a hint of Manchego cheese, lime and chive nestled on a bed of fluffy scrambled duck egg. A Mexican spin, topped with fresh Pico de Gallo and served with our homemade tortillas, highlights the regional fall harvest.
